Visitor restrictions eased at medical center

Visitor restrictions at Greene County Medical Center are being eased effective Nov. 1.

Non-Covid patients will be allowed to have one designated visitor during their stay. A pediatric patient will be allowed to have two parent/guardians present.

  • This will be a consistent person with no changes during the hospitalization.
  • The visitor must stay in the room at all times.
  • The visitor must wear a mask at all times.
  • Visiting hours are 8 am – 7 pm. 

Covid positive patients will NOT be allowed visitors during their stay.

Patients in clinics or medical care departments may have one companion or support person with them. Pediatric patients will be allowed two parents/guardians during their stay.

Long term care will continue with compassionate care visits only.
